DAY 1: Friday / Athens - Piraeus - embarkation
Set sail and cruise overnight towards Istanbul.

DAY 2: Saturday / Istanbul
Reaching Istanbul this morning, enjoy a day at leisure to admire some of the world's greatest historic treasures such as Agia Sofia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace, which contains treasures of Ottoman sultans. Alternatively, join the optional highlights tour. This evening set sail for Mykonos.

DAY 3: Sunday / Mykonos
Reaching the traditional yet sophisticated island of Mykonos this afternoon, enjoy free time to wander the winding, white-washed lanes or join an optional walking tour to admire the distinctive blue and white chapels, picturesque harbour and famed windmills.

DAY 4: Monday / At sea

DAY 5: Tuesday / Ashdod
Sail to Ashdod, Israel's largest port, and enjoy free time to explore some of the city's shops and bustling commercial centres. Alternatively, join an optional full day trip to the Holy City of Jerusalem, the country's capital and one of the oldest towns in the world, and Bethlehem, or perhaps visit Nazareth and Galilee.

DAY 6: Wednesday / Port Said - Alexandria
This morning, arrive in Port Said, set at the entrance of the Suez Canal and the gateway to Egypt's capital, Cairo. Join an optional excursion to admire the mighty Sphinx and Pyramids of Giza or perhaps visit a bazaar, Saladin Citadel and the step pyramid Sakkara before rejoining your ship in Alexandria. Alternatively, stay onboard this morning and sail to Alexandria, an ancient city founded by Alexander the Great and once considered the greatest in the world.

DAY 7: Thursday / Aghios Nikolaos
Sail to Crete and the picturesque coastal town of Aghios Nikolaos, set overlooking beautiful Mirabello Bay. Enjoy free time to relax on the harbour front or perhaps join the optional trip to Knossos, once the centre of the 3,000BC Minoan civilization.
